Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at breezlyx@outlook.com. Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used wearable personal cooling devices cannot be returned unless they are defective.

We do not accept returns for:

• Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage
• Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
